Extremely disappointed with @KoreanAir_KE after our flight was canceled on Friday due to Heathrow’s closure. We were told the next available flight was Monday, so we rebooked. Now, there are 4 seats available for tomorrow, but they want to charge £700 for us to change. Furious.
