Something I've realized throughout my career: 1) I don't love the startup game & figuring things out from scratch 2) I don't love the massive corporate machine & feeling too far removed from 'the work' My sweet spot is enough structure to have actual processes and infrastructure in place without being too cumbersome to get anything done. Anyone else relate?
