A full year and a few days have passed since the first complaint was filed, and six months have gone by since Lawyer Kho began his work. During that time, the police did not fulfill their duty in a timely manner and wasted a significant amount of time before actually starting the investigation. Therefore, the delay since last March is not normal. However, if we look at the period from the actual start of the investigation until today, this delay can be considered within a reasonable range.
