@jonburkeUK Croydon high street is fully pedestrianised, right next to bus and rail stations, swept regularly and open to cyclists. And yet many of the shop units are empty. A friend of mine runs one of the still open ones and the biggest factors are employee costs and business rates.

@RJ_Zenith Those were SUPER rare! Back on the day, I was after the same to convert my Fiesta to AWD. A mate took an ST170 engine, turbo'd it and stuck it and the AWD Mondeo system in a Ka. He's pretty handy to say the least 😄
