@RKSupport hey, my app keeps telling me to enable ad tracking, which I don’t want… but when I hit continue (the only option) it just refreshes that suggestion and won’t even let me enable it if I did (let alone run or see my history etc)… I tried refreshing and updating…

@TheDMLab We'd be happy to look into this. Can you share more detail as to what is unreliable? Are there specific activities that start/end without taking action? If you can also share the email address that you use for your account, this will allow us to loop into your account further.

@RKSupport the app is absolutely useless as of late. Have the dev team just up and left? So unreliable and not to mention unstable. Starts when it wants, ends when it wants. Have a look guys otherwise I'm off to Strava 👍 Sony Xperia XZ3

@RKSupport my morning did not sync and I got an error after the run was complete. It’s been a few hours and it’s still not there. Any ideas?

@RKSupport my app has not synced since Wednesday. Is there an issue?

@clairegaygs you can check the day your week is starting in ME tab, gear, profile settings and see the last option there, if you week starts on Sunday or Monday and you can change the information there.  Let us know if this helps. Thank you

@RKSupport hi! I am using a 10k training plan and have a run scheduled for Saturday that I want to change to Sunday. The app will let me move it closer but won’t let me move it to Sunday, is this because it’s a new week? Is there anyway to override this? Thanks!

@Tario70 Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to Runkeeper Support, and sorry for the trouble here! I'd suggest trying to log out then log back into the app. This will force your app to re-sync with our servers, and hopefully, you should see that your data is displaying properly.

@RKSupport maps for my run today & walk yesterday are not loading when looking at my activities. Maps show on the community tab though. iOS 17.5.1, RK 15.5.1 (65420).

@RKSupport I can't add a pair of shoes. When I try, the "Select brand" page doesn't populate the list of brands so I can't add anything other than "Other"

@RKSupport The app locks up when I try to start a run on my phone. I have to turn it off and back on to get out of the app. I use stopwatch mode with a custom interval workout. I hope you can help me out with this, because RunKeeper is my favorite running app by far. Thanks!

Hi @RKSupport None of my runs from this week have synched from my Garmin. Is there a known issue/fix for this?
