Earlier today, the Principal Judge, Lady Justice Jane Frances Abodo, inspected the Ggaba Community Church Grounds to assess readiness for the Mobile Court session. The special High Court sitting will be presided over by Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha. This session will be the first Mobile High Court criminal session to be conducted in Kampala, highlighting the Judiciary’s commitment to taking justice closer to the people through innovative approaches. The Mobile Court will be conducted under the recently issued Mobile Courts Practice Directions by the Chief Justice, which provide the legal framework for court proceedings to be held outside conventional court premises where circumstances demand
