(I'd feel bad for the people who paid for them already, but it doesn't make sense to continue to keep them locked for those of us who expected them to free later)

Incredible news. Zooey Zephyr, my fiancée, was re-elected to the Montana House of Representatives, getting 83% of the vote.
Many of you will remember her for standing up for trans people in Montana, and then getting censured and kicked off the House floor.
I'm so proud of her.

Gentle reminder that most disabled people can’t leave the US. Countries don’t want to take in disabled, chronically ill & “high cost health users”. There are serious financial barriers to moving - leaving most people behind

@NeonAderyn (I should also clarify that "EDS eval" I mentioned was more like numerous docs looking at my striae, saying it was weird but probably just rapid growth, and moving on. Didn't learn about EDS and make connections for another 20-30 years...)

@NeonAderyn And I never would have known what some rest and recovery at the time could have done for me to this day.
So I'm rambling about my story, but it just feels so bizarre to understand all that now and watch it play out in real time with so many more people now.
