@Dani_AJ0207 @paugen2702 They're not the same age though as far as I know. Azami is likely closer to Akemura's age, and becomes colonel at 18 during the war I think. So its reasonable that he isn't high ranked in the Sorcery Bureau yet, he might not even be a member yet
