From the moment I first gazed toward the heavens, I have been infatuated with the weather. From the way clouds transform the sky to the quiet of a midwinter snow to the awesome power of a hurricane, I knew that weather would always be part of my life. As the father of an autistic child, life has thrown more than a few curveballs my way. But it has also taught more than a few lessons. Determination, forbearance, forgiveness, and humility are not easy lessons to learn, but life continues to shower me with opportunities to do so, and I continue to try and learn them. Until recently, I have not had time to fully pursue my passion for the weather. Now I can. I hope to share that with you at this time and in this space. Thank you for supporting me and for spending your time enjoying the wonderful world of weather with me. I'm blessed to be here, and only by the grace of God am I able to do this. And there are more exciting things to come, so stay tuned!

@22_account26816 True. Joker is the exception. I get tired of all these superstars out all the time. If it isn't load management, it's injury after injury. AD, Embiid, Zion, Ja, Curry, and on and on. LeBron is actually playing tonight on the second night of a back to back.

@RealColdRain Jokic isn't. But you are right, very rare these days.

The whole NBA is on load management. He's not different. Plus, he actually plays most of every season. We can definitely criticize LeBron for some LeBron-specific things like whining, flopping, odd stances on stuff, appearing in a bunch of finals and not winning, etc. But playing is not something worth shading him out on, IMO.

@RealColdRain LeBron has been heavy on load management since 2019.

I get accused of posting for clicks... Let me just say that I didn't post a single one of those fraudulent 70°+ maps all the way to Canada. That's a lot of real-estate full of people who would love to see that... myself included. I love 70° just as much as anyone else, but I chose not to promote model outputs that I felt had a <1% chance of verifying based on the set-up vs past climatology. That choice COST me a lot of clicks, but it was indeed the correct choice.
