A big THANK YOU to @foxandfriends @foxnews for having me on the program to talk about the tragic murder of Loyola student Sheridan Gorman and the illegal alien who has been charged with her murder. The bigger the spotlight we can put on this case, the safer it is for everyone.

A twenty-four-year-old Chicago police officer survived the most dangerous streets in the city only to be hunted down and executed on her own front lawn just minutes after finishing her shift. Officer Ariana Preston was days away from her master's degree graduation when a stolen red Kia carrying four armed teenagers pulled up to her home in a calculated robbery spree that turned into a bloodbath. The chilling details of the shooting reveal that these teens didn't just fire a warning shot; they ambushed her as she stepped out of her car, leading to a desperate shootout where at least a dozen rounds were fired. Even more shocking is the cold-blooded behavior that followed, as one suspect returned to her dying body to steal her service weapon while his accomplice later bragged to friends, calling the murder his work. This case has ignited a firestorm of debate over the city's justice system, as all four suspects had extensive juvenile criminal records but were back on the streets to commit this atrocity. We are diving deep into the mountain of evidence, from the Apple Watch that alerted police to the burned-out getaway car, to uncover the full story of a hero taken too soon. See the full heart-wrenching breakdown in the comments section below.

I have always maintained a nonpartisan stance on efforts to reduce violent crime in Black neighborhoods across the country. It is unreasonable to keep asking Black America to support violence reduction initiatives that are not producing significant declines in violent crimes in black neighborhoods when we are disproportionately impacted and when our communities are most affected. Black Americans make up 13% of the population, yet for over six decades, they have accounted for more than 50% of homicide victims each year. Homicide is the leading cause of death for Black males aged 1-44. Black Americans deserve better. Whatever measures are being taken to lower these violent crime rates in Memphis, I applaud them. Black Americans deserve to live in peaceful and safe neighborhoods, not war zones.
The White House@WhiteHouse

🇺🇸 President Donald J. Trump in Memphis, the LARGEST violent crime drop ever: ✅ Robberies ↓60% ✅ Carjackings ↓74% ✅ Murders ↓70% from peak 7,000+ arrests, 1,100+ illegal guns seized, 1,000+ lbs drugs off streets, 150+ missing kids rescued. Law & Order is BACK.

We’ve learned at least part of the reason Garien Gatewood was dismissed from his post as Deputy Mayor for Public Safety is related to his conversation with the mayor over Johnson’s disinterest in the injuries suffered by CFD Michael Altman. Sources have told me Johnson was on his way to Stroger when Gatewood told the mayor Altman was being sent to the hospital burn unit. Apparently, Johnson then told Gatewood he would not be coming to the hospital. Gatewood then reminded Johnson he had an obligation to appear at the hospital and was emphatic in his tone. Obviously, Johnson didn’t take too kindly to Gatewood’s demand the mayor do his job and support a gravely injured firefighter.

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

This is the statement from Sheridan Gorman's family. It should be met with resignations by JB Pritzker, Brandon Johnson, and Kwame Raoul. I've added some emphasis where I thought it was appropriate: We are again faced with the unbearable truth: our daughter’s life was taken, and our family will never be the same. Sheridan was the heart of our family. She had a rare ability to bring people together — to make others feel included, understood, and loved. She lived with intention, with faith, and with a kindness that defined who she was every single day. She was just beginning her journey, with so much ahead of her. She was doing something entirely normal — walking with friends, close to home, in an area where she had every reason to feel safe. There was nothing unusual about her being there. There was nothing that should have placed her in harm’s way. This was not inevitable. This was a choice. And our daughter paid the price for it. We want to be clear: Sheridan did nothing wrong. She lived her life the way any young person should be able to live it — freely, safely, and without fear. That was taken from her. And it was taken from us. Our daughter’s life was not expendable. She should still be here. We recognize that the arraignment represents a formal step in the justice process, and we appreciate the work of law enforcement in bringing the case to this point. But for our family, this is not about a process — it is about accountability, and it is about ensuring that Sheridan’s life is not reduced to just another case moving through the system. This cannot become just another story that fades with time. Sheridan’s life had meaning. Her presence changed people. And her absence is something we will live with forever. We intend to make sure that her name, her story, and the impact of her life endure beyond this moment. There will come a time when we speak more fully about how Sheridan’s life can continue to matter in the world. For now, our focus remains on honoring her, supporting one another, and seeing this process through.

Scam Alert - Pritzker spent nearly $770 million paying ex-gang members and bogus NGOs for violence prevention. It has been a waste of your money. The money should have been sent to police forces instead.
The Free Press@TheFP

Taxpayers and billionaire philanthropists have spent around $1 billion on “violence interrupter” programs in Chicago over the past decade. The backers include some of the biggest names in politics and business, like Laurene Powell Jobs, the widow of Steve Jobs, and Governor J.B. Pritzker. There’s just a few problems—@Olivia_Reingold found more than two dozen instances of violence interrupters getting arrested, including a murder charge.

Those warranties are a rip off. I had one primarily for a concern about my OLD HVAC system. When I mentioned it to my insurance agent, he told me my insurer had a new policy rider for HVAC for $30 per year. I cancelled my home warranty. Two years later my whole HVAC system had to be replaced & my insurance company prorated their share & paid 35% of the new system cost. Now I have decided to keep $1,000 available for repairs/deductibles and skip the $66 per month home “warranty” fees. $1,000 in a savings acct is still $1,000 years later…but $66 per month is a COST of $792 PER YEAR. For something they either won’t pay for, or repairs for which you can’t find a tradesman who accepts that “warranty” work.

The dishwasher broke My wife said "good thing we have the home warranty" I said nothing I've been paying $62 a month for three years for this moment $2,232 for the peace of mind that when something breaks someone will come to the house and tell me it's not covered I called 47 minutes on hold They sent a technician Arrival window: Tuesday through Thursday between 8am and 5pm My analyst delivers faster than that And he still hasn't fixed the gridlines He showed up Wednesday at 4:47pm Looked at the dishwasher Opened the door Closed the door Touched something underneath Said "not covered" 90 seconds That's faster than my bank lets me prove I'm human I said "what's covered" He said "the motor" I said "what's wrong with it" He said "not the motor" I said "convenient" He said the service fee is $75 I paid a man $75 to open my dishwasher, close my dishwasher, and say two words My analyst could do that And he's not even that good I called the warranty company back 38 minutes on hold Requested the policy 129 pages I read all 129 pages Because that's what I do The coverage section is 34 pages The exclusions section is 58 The business model is right there In the margins Where nobody reads Except me Page 91 says "all mechanical and electrical components essential to appliance function are covered under standard service" Page 104 excludes control panels A control panel is an electrical component essential to appliance function Their own document contradicts itself 13 pages apart I highlighted both Sent them an email Subject line: "Plz fix. Thx." Attached both pages No other context Took them three days to send a technician Took them 4 hours to call me back when I found the loophole Funny how that works They covered the repair Waived the $75 And I canceled the warranty anyway Because a contract that contradicts itself isn't a contract It's a suggestion My wife said "so we're canceling" I said "we're canceling" She said "and the dishwasher" I said "fixed. They're covering it." She said "how" I said "I read the policy" She said "all 129 pages" I said "the exclusions section starts on page 47. The coverage section ends on page 34. There are 13 pages between them where they hoped nobody would look." She looked at me Then she said "you're unbelievable" I said "I just saved us $744 a year and got a free dishwasher repair. I'm not unbelievable. I'm thorough." She looked at the ceiling The dishwasher works now The warranty is canceled And the policy has been read By at least one person Probably the first Make common sense common again Plz fix. Thx. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker: "Illinois is on its way to being the best state to live and raise a family." A young student gone. A suspect reportedly with a prior warrant. People stabbed on the CTA. Home invasions in Northbrook and across the North Shore. But sure, let’s talk about down payment assistance. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to live here.

@komonews I haven't heard about drinkers' suppression, flying suppression, smoking suppression, or driving suppression for not having identification. Why do we need identification for all of these, but for voting, our most sacred right and duty, we should not require any?
