$ENVX handing out warrants at $8.75, a ~12% premium to VWAP, sounds shareholder-friendly, but imo it’s backdoor dilution. Up to 29M new shares = ~15% potential dilution if exercised. This is equity issuance disguised as a “dividend.” Call it what it is. What am I overlooking?

Rocket $RKT has one of the best datasets on how aggressively American consumers are cancelling recurring subscriptions via their Rocket Money product. The value of this dataset far surpasses the EV of $RKT's core business. A savvy data engineer at $RKT with access to the Rocket Money metadata and volumes has better market data than most hedge funds.

A failure of historic proportion and a true embarrassment, used to be the best social media platform and they ran it into the ground.

Disappointed in how @marcuslemonis, who I think highly of, suggests existing shareholders are dealt with regarding the $BYON token idea. A shareholder-loyal approach wouldn’t require to spend additional money and offer a free distribution instead. OK with separate ext offering.
