As you go to bed tonight, I'm optimistic that most of the night will be quiet. But, we could have storms coming through Mid TN in the 4-5 am hour in some form or fashion. @johnson_du56576 @WSMV No one is lying to you. Castle doctrine doesn't apply outside of the confines of your own home and does not extend to include your property (vehicle). It also does not apply to SOMEONE ELSE'S VEHICLE that is not yours. And it doesn't apply when the threat is running away.
