Hello #fsharp, I am considering to establish a new FSharp foundation isn Norway. The objectives are: - Help spreading the usage of F# as is perhaps the best language for practical use cases but there is some stigma against that - Financially support open source maintainers

@MaineFrameworks @sjfloat @paul_snively We don't have any direct metrics, but I do know anecdotally that quite a few F# devs are non Windows. May even be a majority of them (definitely is in some industries/sectors).

@sjfloat @paul_snively I don't know if he's active but (fellow Mainer!) @ReedCopsey heads the F# foundation and might have a sense of this.
