Normally try and bite my tongue on stuff like this but to get jeered off at the end of the game is just not on,it happened to me last season at Colchester away and it’s always stuck with me, I know myself I should of passed or scored but I’ll always give everything for this team.

McCann has been backed pretty decently btw, so I don't think the board can be called out at all We don't spend, but very few clubs this level/stature do. Wage budget increased massively when McCann came in. He just decided for a huge squad rather than quality. That's backfired.

@bendrfcsmith97 Think Grant’s got it right. The money from Wembley would be nice, but not worth the risk of getting Moly, Bailey or Byrne injured. If we had 4 or 5 more points on the board it may have been different, but having said that even with our strongest team we may have been beat anyway

That's a lineup that suggests Grant doesn't care about Wembley and is solely focused on the league Not saying we can't win it or owt, but one would expect Stockport to win pretty handily tonight based on the lineups

@_SByrne thought your commentary tonight was very good, and fair. However, found the tone and rant about Sharp incident weird. Hills clearly steps across to barge Sharp and when he feels contact, he chucks himself down. I know Sharp lost his head, but it was cynical from Hills.

@Gazz_TheRover I’m guessing the back 5 was because we were really struggling to play out first half. There seemed to be 3 of theirs around Broadbent whenever he picked it up. It worked I think for 15 mins. We got out better. Then he wanted more numbers in the final 3rd. Killed us when changed.

Why did we start with a back four, go to a back five at half time and then back to a four 14 minutes later? Thinking a five might be a good idea until we sort ourselves out. Be hard to beat #drfc
