هذه السيدة اختارت أن تُحوِّل دينها إلى الإسلام، وتزوجت من رجل مسلم، وعاشت في بلد يحكمه قانون الشريعة (باكستان). ماذا وجدت يا ترى من التكريم؟ تعنيف وإهانات، وعدم دفع نفقة، ولا ملابس ولا طعام ولا مصروف مالي. كما انها راجعت ٣ مراكز إسلامية حتى تحصل على فسخ للعقد، بما أنه ليس لها حق التطليق مثل الرجل شرعاً. فقالوا لها: أحضري أربعة شهود، بينما هو غير مطلوب منه هذا الشيء. كما يجب أن تعقد ٣ جلسات صلح مع الرجل الذي عنّفها ومارس عليها التلاعب العقلي. وأخيراً، تواصل الزوج مع أهلها حتى تعود إلى بيت الزوجية، وهي حالياً تطلب المساعدة وتشعر أنها فقدت صوتها، وأهلها أيضاً تحت التهديد. السؤال هو: ماذا كنتي تتوقعين من كلمة التكريم غير هذا؟ في زمن السوشيال ميديا والقدرة على الوصول إلى المعلومة بشكل أسرع من قبل، وببحث بسيط تستطيعين الاطلاع على قوانين أي بلد وما هي أحكام قوانين الشريعة. أنا أعرف السبب، لأن الموضة حالياً هي خطاب أنهم لطيفون وهذه بروباغاندا غربية تريد أن تنال من ثقافتهم ودينهم، ونحن الذين نناشد ليل نهار من الانتهاكات باسم الدين من قوانين لا أحد يلتفت لنا. بالعكس، يجلس السياسيون والسياسيات الليبراليات مع قيادات دينية وسياسية تفرض هذه القوانين على النساء، ويعودون إلى بلدانهم وكأنه لا يوجد نساء يُقتلن وتُخطف منهن أبناؤهن ويُسجَنَّ ويُعنَّفن، ولا يوجد قانون عنف أسري أو دور إيواء تحميهن. هذا حال السيدة يشبه حال أي امرأة تعيش حالياً تحت ظل حكم الشريعة في أي بلد إسلامي وقانون الأحوال الجعفري أبسط وأقرب مثال الذي تم تشريعه قبل عام في العراق. الفرق بينها وبين أي امرأة أخرى أنها تملك جواز سفر لبلدها الأم وتستطيع التخلص منه والنجاة بنفسها حتى لو بدون الحصول على فسخ عقد. ببساطة وبدون أي إطالة، يجب مقاطعة الزواج بالكامل من قِبل النساء في هذه البلدان، لأن قوانينها الزواج فيها عبارة عن تنظيم علاقة سيد مع عبدة. أما كلمات التكريم و”الجنة تحت أقدام الأمهات” و”الرجال قوامون على النساء بالمصروف” فما هي إلا تلاعب عقلي وتجميل لقباحة الاستعباد للنساء باسم الدين والإله.
