I upload my recovery data to ChatGPT every Monday morning. Then I ask one question. It's never been wrong:

Last week it told me to deload. I felt fine — energized, motivated. I pushed anyway. By Thursday I was overtrained and missed two sessions. Your body tells the story weeks before you feel it. AI just reads it earlier than you do.

The question: "Here's my recovery data from this week: [paste HRV, sleep score, resting HR]. Based on this, should I push hard, train normally, or deload? Explain why." It reads patterns you'd never catch manually.

The UK minimum wage for someone working 37.5 hours a week works out to roughly £1,800 a month after tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions. Out of that £1,800, you still need to pay rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, food, transport, insurance, and every other bill that comes with being an adult. Yet people will still tell you that anyone struggling financially must be wasting money somewhere. The real question isn't how people are surviving on £1,800 a month It's how anyone thinks that's supposed to be enough in 2026.

@Remifitai @elonmusk It is mostly in stock not cash. Even if he were to sell some to do so it could cause a stock market crash far bigger than that, hurting people's savings & pensions. So it is not so simple even if the wealthy need to be doing more on some redistribution of wealth

Everyone's hyped about GPT-6. Meanwhile most people are using GPT-5 wrong for fitness right now — and a smarter model won't fix a bad prompt. The difference isn't the AI. It's how you talk to it. WRONG: "Give me a workout plan." RIGHT: "I'm 80kg, trained 3 years, here are my last 3 months of logs. Find my weakest patterns and build 12 weeks around fixing them." WRONG: "What should I eat?" RIGHT: "I need 170g protein, €50/week budget, hate fish, max 30 min prep. Build 5 days of meals with macros." GPT-6 with a vague prompt = GPT-4 results.
