NM has reopened an investigation into Zorro Ranch and none other than Epstein’s attorney, who we deposed today—helped manage the property.
So how is it—that Zorro Ranch was never served a warrant and Epstein’s own lawyer claims they did not know DOJ asked NM to drop its investigation?
No one is talking. Files are missing. And the coverup continues.

When asked for a single example of voter fraud to justify the SAVE Act and the millions of people it would disenfranchise—Speaker Mike Johnson couldn’t name one.
That’s because the bill isn’t about election integrity – it's about rigging the election for Trump and his friends.
That’s why we are a hard no. And, so are the American people.

Q: Trump said the SAVE Act is his number 1 priority, can you give me one example of fraud conducted in a previous election? Mike Johnson: We're not going to litigate all of that

Our message is clear: Fund TSA. Fund FEMA. Fund the Coast Guard. Pay our federal workers! But not a penny more to ICE.
Republicans are playing games with ICE, refusing even the most basic accountability measures. That’s why we filed legislation this week to get vital programs funded while holding them accountable.
We are not here to play. Not when American lives are on the line.

🚨Articles of Impeachment Filed!🚨 Time and again, Pam Bondi and her DOJ have failed survivors, obstructed justice, lied to the courts, and defied Congress and the law. That’s why I joined @RepSummerLee in filing Articles of Impeachment against AG Bondi. It’s way past time for accountability!

First and foremost, we stand with and support survivors. Every story is an act of bravery, and we must support them. As a fellow New Mexican, I am sending my love to Dolores Huerta for carrying this pain in silence for 60 years, and to other survivors who have come forward. To every survivor, know that you are seen, you are heard, and we stand with you.
To those in the movement who are shaken by these allegations—know that the fight for justice is larger than one man. It is rooted in the struggles of generations of organizers, activists, and leaders who have stood up. But for far too long, those in positions of power have been protected, and abuse has been swept under the rug. The allegations against Cesar Chavez are shocking and horrific, and an example of what can happen when power and abuse go unchecked. Not anymore. The silence stops here. Survivors everywhere deserve justice and accountability.

ICYMI: On Friday, we were honored to join the Pueblo of Santa Ana and HHS in announcing $1 billion in infrastructure investments for the Indian Health Service, including $22 million for a new clinic at Santa Ana—ABQ Indian Health Center West—which will serve Pueblo and Native communities across central New Mexico.
This facility is a long time coming. We look forward to working with the IHS Administration to ensure they deliver!

Donald Trump just gave the title of Oak Flat—a sacred site to Indigenous communities in AZ and NM—to a “FOREIGN-OWNED” copper mining company.
These are public lands that have been protected for generations, as communities have warned mining and drilling would destroy this sacred landscape and drain its waters.
Trump’s “America First” is a scam—it never was about putting Americans first, but Trump and his buddies’ pocketbooks. Today is a sad, sad day for the people who have fought to protect this sacred place for generations. We will continue to fight back!

Donald Trump is a danger to our country and needs to go—now. He’s launched an unauthorized war with Iran, can’t answer basic questions about a conflict costing more than a billion dollars a day, and left families struggling under out-of-control inflation while handing permanent tax breaks to billionaires.
This Administration is taking advantage of the American people, and it cannot continue.
