Specifically, over 100 wagers were deducted from my balance while playing plinko but I received no wager results for more than 24 hours. This left me without the expected gameplay outcomes and has significantly impacted my participation in the plinko promotion. To provide more context, this malfunction occurred during an active race promo that is was still live at the time. As a result, I was forced to stop playing to avoid further losses without resolution, which prevented me from fully competing. In the 1st round of the race, I placed 3rd, and I have no doubt I would have achieved a top 3 finish in the round in question as well had the issue not arisen. Unfortunately, due to this problem, I ended up in 10th place, missing out on potential rewards despite only playing for the first 2 hours of the 2nd race. I’ve been a loyal player on your platform, and incidents like this are highly unusual and frustrating, especially when they affect promotional events. Could you please investigate this matter urgently? Although I have recieved a full refund of the deducted wagers. I kindly request: 1. Compensation for the lost opportunity in the race promo, such as adjusting my placement or providing equivalent rewards based on my performance trajectory. (As this happened within 2 hours of the race in question and still placed 10th, I think placement of 3rd was definitely possible.) 2.
