Back home from a rather beautifully sunny day out to Skegness with Max! 👍 Including the nursery run this morning, the VW ID.4 has achieved 4.5 mi/kWh which I’m very impressed with. 51% battery in total use today, equating to around £1.65 in electricity for that usage. 🚘🔋

@rawlimark @Eagle_Chaser 'Chips Pizza' are a staple of Italian Pizzeria Restaurants - this is a menu from one of my favoured locations on the heel of Italy.

Dropped off the ID.4 for service and MOT at Lincoln VW. 🚘⚙️ Got this 26 plate automatic Polo for the day! Initial impressions, the gearbox is very clunky and I actually preferred the manual I had back in January. 📸

@Richardesty I hope so! Goodness me, that’s just too much money. It’s terrible the costs. I’m not sure but we do roughly 800 miles a month, and in March we did a 160 miles round trip to Alton Towers and and 140 mile round trip to Twycross Zoo. Overall, it’s pretty cheap, innit?! 😉

Total ‘fuel’ costs for March with no more charging needed this month. 📊 This also includes trips to Alton Towers and Twycross Zoo from Lincoln as well as the usual running around with no public rapid charging this month either. 🚘🔋

Why do people who now drive these things drive them like compete ball bags? They alway seem to have ridiculous exhausts, super bright numberplate lights and 4D plates. Such a cliché.
