Crew stacking another Grain Handler dryer this week. Customer is replacing their existing MC stack dryer with a GH2414.

Crew stacking Grain Handler 2416 for customer. This will run be side by side their existing Grain Handler 2426.

Concrete done on 1200 bushel dump pit and 12’ support tower for 175’ bucket elevator. Crew getting ready to start 25k bushel wet tank, Grain Handler dryer, and 470k bushel grain bin

Customer wanted to dump the front and back hopper at the same time…that makes for a big hole. 1200 bushel dump pit that is 14’ deep.

Millwright crew stacked a new Grain Handler 2416 before lunch. Next up, extending existing dryer fill leg and hang a couple of spouts. Customer to finish electrical and gas…then ready for wheat harvest in 6 weeks. #grainhandlerusa

Customer wanted more accurate temp control and increased capacity to their Grain Handler 3210. We added 24 temp sensors and 4 tiers to upgrade the drying capacity to 2800 bph at 5 points. This is one of many advantages to owning a Grain Handler dryer…easy expandability!

Dump pit and guy poles are finished on new greenfield project. Electrical room foundation will be done today, and ready for bin and millwright crew to get started #grainsystems

Starting new greenfield project for a customer. Concrete crew getting the 60’ bin foundation wrapped up; dump pit and guy poles will be finished up next week.

(2) 54’ bin foundations are under way for new grain system to store soybeans. Next week will start bucket elevator support tower and dump pit, followed up with double 40’ platform scale on each side of dump pit.

Bin crew got the roof finished on the Brock 78’x25 and a few rings on yesterday. Ready for the weekend to get finished up and off to the next job.
