No. We now live in the age of grace. Those harsh laws were given to the people of Israel because God wanted "His chosen people" to be set apart from all others. Jesus fulfilled the law by dying on the cross. (Matthew 5:17) He became righteousness for us through the shedding of his blood. (2 Corinthians 5:21) There is now no condemnation for those who are "in Christ Jesus." (Romans 8:1) But God does not change. He didn't change His mind about sexual relationships.
