@KatharineMerry My son and I have considered travelling from NE Scotland to Glasgow for competitions at Emirates Arena, to have a change from long drives. However when you look closely, it’s cancelled trains or bus replacements or expensive tickets. In end it’s better to drive. Shame really.

It’s a sad state of affairs when you just know something will go wrong with the trains … every single time. I now always arrive an hour early..and yep! My 0821 to London is cancelled .. so I sprinted year 2000 style and made the 0747. Our trains are rubbish.

THIS ISN’T SPED UP!!!! APXP Winter Testing 2025🤯🤯🤯. Flying 30’s w/ 30m run in. Freelap timing. 54 degrees. This is truly world class speed on display💪🏾. This is a great way to both measure, and develop, MaxV (Top speed). The chart lists the 30m total time ( after the athlete gets a 30m running start). Then each segment 30m-40m, 40m-50m, and 50m-60m has a time listed next to it which tells you how many seconds it took the athlete to cover each of those 10m segments. This can also be used to determine what your current top end speed says you’re capable of running in the 100m.
