@littlebillie I use jarlic sometimes but prefer not. With cooking anything cut, even in a jar will never be as fresh and taste as good as being cut right before cooking.

@littlebillie You use the side of a knife to press down on the garlic, skin comes off smoothly. It’s a lot faster than what you typed up there.

Why would I use jarlic when I could dirty a knife and cutting board and spend 10 minutes peeling 4 garlic cloves, another 10 looking for my garlic press, and then clean up all the peels

@KitchenBites_ Just take a napkin and do it over the garbage .. (also mothers and fathers should be cooking both!)
