"BUT MY COACH PLAYS FAVORITES". . . That's right, they do! Find out what your coach wants and be one of their favorites. Instead of looking for excuses or complaining, look for ways to be coachable. You can choose to be bitter or be better. Find ways to be valuable to the team.

If it takes more than 3-4 dribbles to make a play, then it's probably the wrong play. Move the ball and get your teammates involved! 🏀

Players: You can choose how to spend your summer. You can choose to chill or you can choose to improve, but when the popcorn is popping & those seats are filled, we will know what you did all summer by what you do next season. The part timers get exposed under the bright lights!!

Players: Your coaches are watching you every day. This off-season will tell them a lot about who’s committed to improving/working hard & who’s only interested when it’s convenient for them. There’s no secrets. You can & will only be great at what you are willing to sacrifice for!

Mentally tough players focus only on what they can control. You can’t control the refs or the other team. You can control your effort. You can control your attitude. You can control your leadership. You can control your body language. Be great at the controllables.

DEFENDERS: You can't relax when off ball. If you do, you'll get screened or give up an easy cut or weak side rebound. STAY ENGAGED!
