these complaints have been going on since some time back.the truth is its the government to start on those changes and reforms by changing the learning and training scope of the nursing course.e.g
-increase entry level points to s.6 only and admit those with good grades only.
-increase training time to 4yrs.
-recruit more nurses since there is a big gap in the gvt hospitals.
-Introduce National minimum wages(that can cater for nurses sufficiently).
-Support nurses who seek opportunities outside the country.
-Give sponsorship and scholarships to nurses to specialize.

so all those ones have been presented to the ministry but nothing ever done🚮🚮🚮
