Parents and carers, it’s #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek. We want you to know that you can call us for free on 0808 802 5544 if you need support with looking after your child’s mental health. Our Parents Helpline is open from 09:30am – 4pm, Monday – Friday. Our advisers will listen and talk through your concerns in complete confidence. They can help you understand your child’s behaviour, and give you practical advice on what to do next. And if English is not your first language, you can use our translation service. Call the Helpline and tell us which language you want to speak in – we will phone back within 10 minutes with an interpreter on the call with us. You are not alone.

Struggling with feelings of depression, excessive worry, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress or obsessions and compulsions? NHS Talking Therapies can help. The service is effective, confidential and free. Your GP can refer you or refer yourself at nhs.uk/talk.
