We've been a bit quiet on social media recently, but we've been anything but quiet! With the settled weather, we've had loads of sessions at Lochore Meadows led by our Waves Watersports Team; kayaking, canoeing, and SUP for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts #funinthesun

@RosythScouts are proud to be represented by this trio of Explorer Scouts and Scout Network, who have been selected to represent Scouting at the coronation of King Charles III. We hope they have a fantastic weekend in London @ScoutsScotland @WHRosyth @RosythCCouncil

Thanks to @RoyalNavy & Babcock International, Rosyth based Woodside Explorer Scouts had a tour of @HMSPWLS, one of two aircraft carriers, whilst it is in dock for repairs. Congratulations to Oscar Sweeney, who was awarded his Chief Scout Award by Commander Cox @ScoutsScotland

Our Cowdenbeath Scouts had an adventurous few days near Aviemore at @RothieLodge. Over the three days, they all enjoyed high wire assault course, night navigation, horse riding, incident hike, kayaking, and scouting skills @ScoutsScotland #skillsforlife

Our Dalgety Bay Scouts have been 'soldering' on with their electronics badge; building their own morse code boards to then communicate with one another @ScoutsScotland #SkillsforLife

Our Kelty Beaver Scouts hope you all have an enjoyable #WorldBookDay. They've been choosing, reading, listening and drawing this week 📖 @ScoutsScotland @scottishbktrust

Well done to all of the Scouts who participated in the Woolmer Trophy 🏆 A great standard by all, but there has to be a winner, and this year, it was Inverkeithing Scouts. Congratulations!!

Scouts from across the District came together at @46thFife Cowdenbeath Hall to test their Scout skills and knowledge, including navigation, building, memory, initiative, teamwork, and leadership; skills for life!

Pancake Day YAY!! 🥞 Sweet, savoury, with or without syrup, However you eat yours, just enjoy them! Our Rosyth and Cowdenbeath Cubs certainly did!

As we approach the @RSPBScotland @Natures_Voice Big Garden Birdwatch, our Rosyth based Scouts are giving themselves the best chance of seeing garden birds with these brilliant bird feeders made from recycled - and therefore cheep-cheep - materials @scouts @ScoutsScotland

It's the time of the year when our young people deliver a bit of festive cheer to thousands of households across our District. Scout Post, our annual Christmas Card delivery service posted c. 13,000 Christmas Cards in every town and village in the District.

Our Kelty Scouts have been busy thinking of others. They collected donations to make up "Kindness Hampers," which are distributed to families and people in need within their local community @BritishRedCross @crisis_uk @ScoutsScotland #CrisisatChristmas #kindnessalways

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎄 with our young people across the District taking part in a variety of Christmas craft activities @ScoutsScotland

Don't you just love it when young people shape their own programme? Our Rosyth Beaver Scouts asked for a @Pokemon themed night, so we made it happen. Trading games, Pokeball throwing, PokeStops, collecting candies and photos with their buddy! #YouShape @ScoutsScotland
