@RottedRobinz If you were starving cos of dysphoria, building muscle helps so much in every way. Ik its not a completely healthy mindset (see cis male gymbros lol) but its so much better than the constant binge restrict cycle i was in. I hate to say it but an 'alpha male' attitude rly helps 😭

@RottedRobinz Some of the most masculising effects to body shape come after putting on weight (especially w muscle which you cant build at all in a deficit) or even possible height increase if youre lucky. If you were pre T id sorta understand it but when on T it does nothing but stunt you
