This is MAGA nonsense. California has 16 MILLION more people than Florida. Of course we spend more on critical services. From 2015 through 2023, we paid $29 BILLION MORE a year to the feds in taxes than we get back — subsidizing red welfare states like Florida. And unlike Florida, we actually expanded Medicaid to cover people (broadly supported by the public). They left people uninsured. We didn’t. That’s the difference.

There is nothing lackadaisical about pollution being a problem For every home car business etc. we are talking conservatively 250 mil. The panels and batteries do not last forever. They are extremely expensive. They are not practical right now. Maybe in time. If you are for solar and wind more power to ya. I have looked into it and I do have a home that would be good for solar. I have an open space for sun. Believe it or not some don’t. The sun is not always there for some homes. Trees, other buildings can cut your charging times. And it would be hard to go all solar for them. Don’t get me wrong. If the batteries and panels were more advanced I’d probably be all for it too. As far as the original post. My point was. I don’t want the national forests to be filled with solar panels and wind turbines. Because I think some people are fine with that. I’m not.

We have been sold a lie about climate change for oh 75 years now. Each decade a new climate disaster approaching. Broken record. In the 50s some were saying the planet is cooling. While others were saying warming. The idea took hold. It hasn’t stopped. We have passed the point of no return multiple times. Massive amounts of money has been spent on this. Facts have conveniently been ignored. People have gotten rich peddling it. Whistle blowers have been punished for pointing out facts that contradict the climate change agenda. Solar panels and wind turbines are almost at their peak effectiveness. To faze out fossil fuels our country alone would need an extraordinary amount of panels and turbines and the worst part batteries. The toll of pollution, mining, and literal human slavery is in the cards. We are at the point of no return. The only way to stop our impact on climate change is to have a breakthrough. Solar and wind are not it, as it’s being sold to us. It may make things worse.

I’m assuming he wouldn’t have a problem covering the land, including protected forests with solar panels and wind mills. I’m not ok with that. And I don’t give a shit if you are pro solar or not. I couldn’t care less. Using national forests to put up solar panels and wind mills I am not in favor of. And to say it not happening already is incorrect.
