I've made my decision to also leave Respawn point. The fact that not only did they try to double down about chachachilla but also as of recently muted/timed out people that speaks about it feels more like they're covering their asses more than actually taking accountability. They've also muted the join/leave channel hiding people leaving to make it seem like everything is fine when it's not and unfortunately always had problems with handling tickets by either ignoring them or just tossing them aside until a large amount of people would talk about it. TLDR; I'm disappointed with how respawn tried to do damage control instead of actually taking accountability and will leave this community. I wish them the best.
