That's incredibly valid, and thank you for sharing. With a low bar for entry, an F2P game is very easy to get into, and if you didn't enjoy it, you lost very little by trying. I do believe the downsides largely outweigh the pros, and that opinion is largely based on how commonly abused the system is, rather than the concept itself.

@Ruffits_ Yea nah, the ability to jump into a game have tons of fun, build community make friends, express yourself and take a load off from the dreadful obstacles of reality for FREE is never something I'll be against.

Free to Play (F2P) has been one of the worst things to happen to gaming, and has ALWAYS been bad. Old F2P Games weren't magically better. Subscriptions in WoW & RuneScape were bad, TF2 is a gambling simulator, and FOMO was alive & well before Battlepasses.
