ok. i've processed this a bit. and while I do genuinely feel for Duke fans, I also don't think it's so bad for them. The Yankees season is just getting started. the Lakers are looking playoff feisty. And the Cowboys own 8 picks in the coming draft. Lots for them to cheer for!

There are multiple FBS programs that wouldn’t even crack top 25 FCS. It’s too bad it’s just a money game and doesn’t actually reward good football performance

Bubble has to burst at some point. We can’t keep adding teams to D1. I love that D1 has a bunch of teams, but so many of them aren’t even there to compete, it’s just to make extra cash.

West Florida’s move from Division II to Division I is expected to be finalized this week, as the Argonauts join the United Athletic Conference (UAC) in football and ASUN in all other sports, league sources tell @YahooSports. @TBM_JY first reported the possibility of the move.
