@rodentgame love almost all of these! but Gumbo feels off to me while his Lobby Music voice is a bit too high pitched, he should def have a more distorted voice, and maybe something monster-ish

@HYPEX 'everyone does it' is not a valid argument and never will be also AI coding can only be used to do things human have already made before them, aka stealing AI trying to make anything complicated/original just ends up being a vibe coded non functional mess

imo using ai tools like this is fine as long as it helps the devs (+ it's optional), and it'll get normalized over time anyway, same way AI coding tools went from "bad quality" to "cheating" to standard in just 3 years once people realized how much faster they get things done with it because unfortunately whether people wanna accept it or not, we (including game dev studios) either adapt to these tools or get left behind EVENTUALLY and there's a VERY high chance your favorite app, website or game was already assisted by AI, this isn't new.. studios across the industry (EA, Embark, NetEase, Ubisoft, Activision, etc..) already use AI tools, fortnite is just one of the first few being open about it & how exactly they use it

@x103p I definitely agree that lying isn't great but I still want cosmetics to come back, even if they 'were exclusive' in the past I don't think OG styled are the way, as those are also cosmetics that everyone wants other compensations are better imo

HOT TAKE: Releasing Exclusive Outfits IS FINE IF OG owners are compensated styles. Epic-Games promised exclusivity, players ARE entitled to it because of the FOMO that Fortnite has put out there. Using FOMO and exclusivity to gain a quick buck and LYING on top of that isn't correct, I think everyone can agree. Using these sales tactics without an alterative solution is promoting scammy and malicious behavior Please do not blame the players requesting compensation!

@QueenDarkieReal I think it should be an opt-in download like high quality textures the high quality music files are great the streaming of tracks often breaks, just sounds bad or has delays and jam track versions of music tracks also have differences for some reason??

One of the reasons Fortnite decided to remove some lobby music is because it takes up a lot of space in the game files. A lobby music file is 20 to 80 MB,and there are nearly 170 of them in the game,which comes to about 10-13 GB of data just for music!!!💀
