@JonathanFeld @HabCorpLinguist So the 100 vote dump 466 > 566 was bots going 2:1 to Menashi to cover up the dump. Fixed the math.

The stakes are pretty low but I hate bad math Menashi was leading with ~53% at ~11:52 AM with the 566 votes cast, which means he had ~300 votes at that point. If your claim is true that he got 100 votes at 11:50, he would have only had 200 of the preceding 466 votes. If that were right, he'd have been losing in a 57.1-42.9 rout with 10 minutes left. Since it was actually neck and neck, that obviously can't be correct.

The Menashi vs. Lagoa race is UNDER REVIEW for a suspicious, last-minute dump of votes.

In the last 4 minutes of voting, approximately 10 votes were cast for Judge Steven Menashi, and approximately 130 votes were cast for Judge Barbara Lagoa. The results will be embargoed until a determination is made.
