Nirvana’s music does not stand the test of time. But the Smashing Pumpkins does. So ultimately Billy Corgan won out against Kurt Cobain. Nirvana was hugely popular but I never listen to it anymore. I find Smashing Pumpkins more musical and listenable. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is a truly great album. Nirvana’s best was probably Unplugged. What say you @batcountry1980 ?

Respect to Geno Auriemma for issuing this apology for his ridiculously emotional behavior last night. Look, getting heated in competition is understandable. But when you're the head coach of a college team, your job is to set an example for your young players of how to be an adult. This apology is straightforward with no crafty PR buzzwords to try to escape blame. He doesn't mention Dawn Staley which is a misstep. but it still sets a good example for the young players.
