I’m from SC. Damn proud of it. I love regular hash. But the liver hash tho? I can do with or without it!

Everyone outside of SC trashing Carolina hash, wait til they find out about liver hash. More of a peedee thing. * Disclaimer* I'm not a fan of it, but will occasionally eat it if liver taste is very mild. Carolina hash is better IMO.

It’s awesome. Also the white building right there by the train track bridge not far from Claflin. I never know the name of it, but the bbq hash there is great.

If you’re not from SC and are criticizing this I will say a prayer for you for not getting to enjoy a proper plate of bbq. Bless your heart. Texas has brisket. Memphis has ribs. South Carolina and South Carolina only has hash. You won’t find a plate of real hash outside of SC.
