@RachelReevesMP Increased the national debt from 20bn to 40bn. “Had” the fastest growing economy until when? Taxing small businesses and hard working people so more people out of work and out of business. Increasing taxes No wonder people are leaving.

We had the fastest-growing economy in the G7 in the first half of the year, but there's more to do to build an economy that works for working people. At the Budget I'll take the fair choices to cut waiting lists, cut national debt and cut the cost of living.

@HMRCcustomers Sofia Pretty much as much help as the people on the phone then. What’s funny is that if it’s me who owed HMRC money you’d have debt collectors at my door asap but when it’s the other way round you don’t seem to help.

@HMRCgovuk I’ve made a complaint against two of your staff and the handling of my situation. I was told someone would call me in 2 working days but that’s not happened. Can someone please call me if it’s not to much to ask?

@HMRCcustomers Steve I have written a complaint, someone made a complaint whilst on the phone. I was told I would be called in 2 days that was Friday last week. I have spoken to someone today and they were less than helpful too.

@SCoxy31Real If you've not received a response at all from the complaints team, I don't have a contact you can use to do that, the helpline can refer this up to progress chase, otherwise, you'll need to write in. Steve

@HMRCcustomers Hi Steve Unfortunately the complaint needs to be escalated to Tier 2 as not one person has bothered to contact me and it seems like HMRC don’t take complaints very serious? Simon
