Nice morning bird ringing at Marston STW with a nice variety of birds. Three Cetti's Warblers, Water Rail, Kingfisher and Snipe shown, plus another Moorhen colour ringed for @Au_Erithacus for her project.

Stanford Reservoir - another quality couple of hours on the patch. 3 Glossy Ibis briefly, Cattle Egret, Great Egret, 8 Little Egret & Black-necked Grebe. @LandRbirds @rg_stanford. Poor record images of the Ibis through a hedge and fence!

The juvenile Dotterel at Houndkirk showed ludicrously well yesterday evening, taking a particular liking to my camera lens… What a bird!

Had a blast watching this adult Little Tern at Holme Pierrepont last night, a really rare autumn bird here in Notts, and not a plumage I seen much of too. Convinced these birds run on a nuclear reactor, so much energy. Thanks again to @Alan_HP_Notts for the find. @NottsBirders
