Violent crime is surging, but some still want to defund and demonize the police. Guess what? Weak policies lead to lawlessness. Stand with law enforcement, or get used to chaos. #BackTheBlue #EnoughIsEnough #BackTheBlue #SupportYourPolice #HoldTheLine #FOP #NFOP #FOPFamily

With the stroke of Speaker Jon Patterson's pen, House Bill 495 sponsored by Rep. @BradChristForMO, is now out of the House of Representatives and on its way to the Governor's desk. Republicans are committed to improving public safety and creating a Safer Missouri. #moleg

A message to Missourians: To all the law enforcement officers and first responders - we hear you. The years of sharing all that you go through and the assistance that you need, you have the commitment of the Missouri Republican Party. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for all that you do in our communities. To all of our citizens - we will fight to protect you. Our party’s top priority is ensuring that your life, liberty, and property are secure. From every corner of this great state, you should feel secure anywhere and any time. To all the violent criminals using our streets as your playground - your time is up. The adults are back in charge and we will no longer tolerate your lawlessness. If you are a violent criminal in our state, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent and bring back law and order. Working with ALL of my colleagues to bring about a safer Missouri has been an incredible honor! Just as promised, our large crime package now heads to the Governor’s desk.

None of this happens without the leadership of @TonyForMissouri. It’ll never be talked about enough, but behind the scenes, he had significant influence over negotiations that ushered this bill to a vote while holding our desired positions. We owe him a debt of gratitude.

Without the support of @travisfitzwater, @NickBSchroer, and @BradChristForMO, HB 495 wouldn’t be a reality. They stepped up, put public safety first, & delivered real results to protect our communities & give law enforcement the tools they need to fight crime. Thank you all!
