1/2 @Ryanair is without doubt the worst airline I have ever experienced travelling on in my life. We specifically bought Ryan air compliant carry on bags and the “wonderful” Űlgen (if that is even her real name as she hid her Id when I asked for it) still….

2/2 charged us £150 for then having to check them in. This company are literal scammers who incentivise their staff to actively overcharge you, who are constantly rude. What an abhorrent airline with abhorrent people running it. #ryanair #holidaycheer
