I have been grinding all winter and I finally had the chance to throw my first high intensity bullpen of the offseason. I sat 85-86 and I hit a new PR of 87 twice and it was backed up by trackman. @STARSBASEBALLVA @PBRVirginiaDC @WMTribeBaseball @CoastalBaseball @CNU_Baseball

2024 season is about to begin with Winter Conditioning starting on Thursday, Jan. 4th (2:30pm to 4:00 pm) & will take place every Monday & Thursday there after. A current VHSL sports physical is required to participate. Gather in weightroom to start.
