Update on fed spending to address homelessness states that 🇨🇦 can achieve the NHS goal of a 50% reduction in chronic homelessness by investing an additional $3.5B/year in its homelessness programs.
We know that this goal cannot be achieved without more social housing.

huh? I submitted a customer complaint to @SafewayCanada at 3:29 and received a response that it was received. At 4:00 I received a response that the case was closed. Didn't hear a peep from anyone in between. So much for "customer care".
