For the pilot clinical study, blood samples will be collected & stored in each center. The samples will be centrally analyzed to identify markers linked to D2T RA. The work may help explain why some patients don't respond to treatment & support future improvements.

Development of digital decision-support tool for healthcare professionals: -Alert clinicians when a patient may have D2TRA -Support personalised treatment based on patient subtype, clinical characteristics & patient preference The tool will be evaluated in a pilot clinical study

Site Initiation Visits are taking place in March & patient recruitment starts soon. Phase 1: We're observing D2TRA patients, standard treatment, diagnostic, monitoring tests they receive, & their specific needs which will be used for personalised treatment strategies in phase 2.
