By this point everyone knows this match is incredible, but holy shit bro I damn near cried rewatching this. This match is spectacular. It’s extremely high paced while still being able to tell a beautiful story with The Shield & Wyatt dynamics.

One of my favorite cheats ever in 2D game animation is KOF12/13 kofaniv.snk-corp.co.jp/english/info/1…
Making a large roster, HD, 2D fighting game would break the bank. They created a cheat to keep on model, by keyposing 3D models and spriting over them. Otherwise, making that many frames of animation would sink the company. AND IT STILL put them in bankruptcy.

To add context, “cheating” in filmmaking is an extremely common term. Cheating space, details, frame, models…this stuff takes forever, so animators need to “cheat” at times to sell the scene or situation. youtu.be/STKclwjulj8?si…

@MortalXpert @LeonTekashi @maximilian_ The way you Max glazers reach all the way around to defend this dumbfuck is unbelievable. Rotoscoping a 3D scene to 2D isn't "cheating". Max is such a massive asshole he just casually throws accusations around assuming the worst because he's never animated anything in his life.
