@HastingsDirect , Hi, My car was hit while it was parked. Insurance claim was deal by @SabreInsurance. Its been since May 2023, and till now there has been no progress. Please let me know how to escallate

@AbigailScullion @SabreInsurance Same here, some technical fault prevents anyone from calling in or calling out of the claims department. No email responses either. This is a disgrace for an insurance company, it's been going on for weeks now! They don't even respond to complaints. @SabreInsurance @FSCS

Avoid the following insurance companies like the plague, never known such incompetence in my life @gogirlinsurance @SabreInsurance 30th September my car was stolen,reported to go girl insurance as soon as I could on 1st October1/11

2/2 Sabre is not impacted by this development; customers policies remain in force and we will continue to handle and pay all valid claims. The administrator will contact you if you need to take any action on your policy before its normal renewal date.

1/2 Unfortunately, MCE insurance were placed into administration on 17th July 2023. This means an independent expert will now review if the business can continue to trade, be sold or will arrange an orderly wind down.
