Man City 3-1 Newcastle (5-1) 1 win in 7 games for #NUFC Bottom half of the table… Yeh it was shit… it’s gotten to a point where I’m surprised if it’s not shit. Never expected a win but Eddie is living off that cup now more than ever. That was a Steve Bruce performance. 3 down after half an hour when we are already 2 down from the first game? Pathetic. Wide open just like vs Liverpool, he hasn’t got a clue in defence or attack. The sad thing is I think the players don’t believe in him anymore and why would they? Tactically inept for 90% of the season living off of individual brilliance to bail him out. If this season alone was what we had to judge Eddie off, many more would be saying it’s time to go. It’s good to be loyal but at what point does this become unacceptable? For me it was the Sunderland & Man Utd games… this is just making it even more depressing. But at least they’ll release some new retro merch soon so we can look good while we get battered!
