It was kind of difficult to follow how Robbins thought the author of Luke used people’s bodies throughout the story in relation to the temple, but also as background for the story at times. #bdbz4YHWH

Sirach 2:10 “Consider the generations of old and see:has anyone trusted in the Lord and been disappointed?Or has anyone persevered in the fear of the Lord and been forsaken?Or has anyone called upon him and been neglected?” This book must have been written after Job😂 #bdbz4YHWH

In the beginning of “Waiting for Godot” when Estragon and Vladimir reunite on page 1... I feel like that’s gonna be the world after this pandemic. #bdbz4YHWH

The New Testament side of me laughed when Estragon said, speaking about the Gospels, “ Well? They don’t agree and that’s all there is to it?” #bdbz4YHWH

I felt like I could really relate with the two characters in Waiting for Godot. To me the whole story felt like waiting on that family member who never shows up on time and sometimes doesn’t even come the day they say they’re going to. #bdbz4YHWH

Davis was right this book would really resonate with highschool and college age kids! #bdbz4YHWH

I found Davis’ idea of humility throughout Ecclesiastes to be interesting, it wasn’t something I thought of at all when reading through but I like the idea of it being “profoundly earthed” that she mentioned #bdbz4YHWH

When Brown used the term “Death anxiety” I was really able to relate. #bdbz4YHWH

Brown claims that Ecclesiastes is “littered with contradictions, paradoxes, and ambiguities.” Using this phrasing makes it sound like it’s a bad thing... but what if it isn’t?... #bdbz4YHWH

I think knowing what is happening when and where Ecclesiastes was written really backs a big impact on how you read it! Learning that from Brown was very interesting! #bdbz4YHWH

After reading Ecclesiastes I don’t want to read the word “vanity” for a lonnnnnng time. I felt like I was reading the same paragraph over and over. Turns out it’s just used a lot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #bdbz4YHWH

I was astonished at how many interpretations there could be for one single term. #bdbz4YHWH

After reading through Ecclesiastes I definitely realized that vanity might have some more slight variations than the single definition I thought of. I probably should have read the Meek article first! #bdbz4YHWH

I really wonder about the little girl in J.B. Who can also here Gods voice speaking to Job in the wind. I liked J.B. a lot but it definitely left things open, both plays did. And so did Job come to think of it. #bdbz4YHWH
