Bowel Cancer screening is a great example of how NHS lack of capacity costs lives. The FIT test threshold for bowel cancer is set at 120 in UK vs 20-45 in many other countries:

Love the Governmentโs new bowel cancer screening test kits for men in their 50s. Automatically screening for specific cancers saves lives and NHS funds. The extra tip in the instructions certainly gets your attention! My test will be mailed off tomorrow. Fingers crossed ๐ค.
