It never ceases to amaze me how many people in Belfast and Co Antrim seem to hate Derry. Derry is a lovely city with lovely people.

It should have been Czechia from the start. What sort of name was “the Czech Republic”? Imagine France was never called France… only “the French Republic”.

@wrftr Moved our fonts and CSS onto the site itself (we called them from 4 servers before). JavaScript election code now only loads when needed, cutting load size by half. Cut a 24MB data index to 1/3rd the size + split it further into small on-demand chunks. It adds up apparently.

@wrftr My settlement maps are taken from OSNI and Tailte Éireann. ‘County’ isn’t an attribute on the features from either - but you can easily load the County maps and see where each settlement falls.

@ScottMoore0 You know what fully wrecks my head? Addresses in county A using towns from county B as postal addresses, meaning town from county A is said to be in county B. Haven't opened your file yet (I'm on phone) but expect you don't have that problem. :)
