This Oliver Bearman incident really has annoyed me.
Franco Colapinto says he "did not see Bearman until he was on the grass" despite looking in his mirrors for the whole straight, he moved left in reaction to Bearman to defend and knew he was there. Colapinto is 100% to blame.

Don’t think people realise the damage this will do to the sports reputation if this happens.
Easy to forget Hamilton and Alonso are also not far from retiring themselves.

@TomGaymor I put 100% of the blame on Colapinto, he's looking in his mirror the whole way down the straight and then moves across off the racing line as Bearman is about to pass. Colapinto should have been black flagged and suspended

この手の話は色々と憶測が出ますが、フォーミュラに身体が合わないとか、筋力が足りないとかそんな理由ではありません。
カッレ本人のリリースからも出ていますが、昔から抱えていた持病が、非常に運悪くこのタイミングで悪化してしまった現状で何が最優先事項なのかという事です。
本人はもちろんレースを甘く見ていたわけでもなんでもありませんし、大きなリスペクトを持ってレースの世界に挑戦しようと決断していました。しかも多くの事を犠牲にしてまで。
本人が1番悔しいだろうし、この挑戦を1番近くで見ている自分も同じ想いです。
そんな中でも変わらず大きなサポートをしてくださっているモリゾウさんとチームの皆さんには感謝してもしきれません。
カッレならしっかりと回復して強くなって戻ってきてくれると思います。
今はとにかく最大限まで回復して欲しい！
がんばれカッレ！
最後に一言、カッレのF2テストでのパフォーマンスやシミュレーターのパフォーマンス知ったらびっくりしますよ。
と、まぁ憶測で色々書かれたり言われたりするの本当に嫌いなんで書きました✌️

Ayao Komatsu said in a recent podcast that Grosjean's left foot was stuck under the pedal, and he had to get back down into the cockpit, pull his leg in such a manner to get the shoe off (which is not easy to do normally), then get out of the cockpit.
If you see the rewinds of him being carried by 2 medics, you can see he only has one boot on.
